The Audit
Andes Partners audits governmental agencies across the country to locate unclaimed sums of money owed to private individuals and companies. If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency holding them.
Trace
We use public records to feed artificial intelligence models for web and social platform searches and deploy professional search agencies to trace down the rightful owners who can claim the funds held by the government.
Engagement
Once you have spoken with us, established trust, and credibility, and have verbally agreed to let us manage your claim, we will set up a time with you to validate your identity and formalize our agreement.
Paperwork and Payment
Paperwork: Once you have verbally agreed to contract Andes Partners, LLC, to recover your unclaimed funds from the government, we send you the paperwork via a state approved and certified Notary. The Notary will identify you being the legitimate claimant with proof of your required ID. The paperwork will consist of a Contingency Fee Agreement and Limited Power of Attorney. The Contingency Fee Agreement formalizes the commitment between you and Andes Partners, LLC, to successfully recover the funds on your behalf. Andes Partners, LLC, works on a contingent basis, which means there are no out-of-pocket or upfront expenses to you. The Limited Power of Attorney is required and restricted only for the recovery of your identified funds.
Payment: We are paid ONLY upon successful collection of your claim, and you will receive the lion share of the funds collected. Processing of the claims can take 3 to 5 months, depending on the complexity of the case. In the rare event of the claim being unsuccessful all expenses incurred are on Andes Partners, LLC, and you owe us nothing.
Follow Up: From the first effort to contact you, and throughout this process, until you receive your funds we stay in contact with you, keeping you informed and updated on every step in the process.
